Cataract Surgery

Cataract surgery is one of the most commonly performed eye surgeries in the United States. In fact more than half of those over 60 years old have had it done to their eyes! That makes up more than three million per year! The procedure has improved considerably over the years and is now a minimally invasive outpatient procedure. Most patients see an improvement in vision even on day one! Vision is often good enough the day after surgery that as long as you use the prescribed eye drops, you can go back to your work or other favorite activities.
