Dr. Jessica Albers


Optometrist

Jessica Albers, O.D. completed her undergraduate studies at Central College in Pella, Iowa. She then graduated Cum Laude from the Illinois College of Optometry in Chicago, Illinois. She completed an externship during her 4th professional year of optometry school at the Cheyenne Vision Clinic. Dr. Albers also completed externships in, Connecticut, Illinois, and Missouri. Dr. Albers is fully licensed to practice optometry in the states of Wyoming and Colorado.

Dr. Marty Carroll


Optometrist

Martin (Marty) Carroll, O.D. is a Wyoming native and graduate of Cheyenne East High School. Dr. Carroll is a partner at Cheyenne Vision Clinic. He obtained his Associates Degree from Laramie County Community College, a BS with Honors from the University of Wyoming, and graduated Magna Cum Laude from the Southern California College of Optometry. Dr. Carroll has practiced here since 1981. He is a member of the Wyoming Optometric Association, the American Optometric Association, the Optometric Society of Optometric Surgeons and the American Academy of Optometry.

Dr. Josh LaHiff


Optometrist

Josh LaHiff, O.D. was born and raised in Cheyenne. Dr. LaHiff is a partner at the Cheyenne Vision Clinic. Dr. LaHiff graduated from Pacific University College of Optometry. Dr. LaHiff is a Wyoming licensed optometrist with full accreditation and is DEA certified to prescribe oral and topical medications to treat eye diseases and infections. Dr. LaHiff’s areas of concentration are contact lenses, medical eye care, and dry eye management for patients. Josh is Board Certified by the American Board of Optometry.

Dr. Joseph Munsell


Optometrist

Joseph (Joe) Munsell, O.D. is a Wyoming native and was born and raised in Casper. Dr. Munsell is a partner at Cheyenne Vision Clinic. He received his BS degree with honors at the University of Wyoming and his Doctorate of Optometry from Pacific University College of Optometry where he graduated Summa Cum Laude. Dr. Munsell is a Wyoming licensed optometrist with full accreditation and is DEA certified to prescribe oral and topical medications to treat eye diseases and infections. He is certified as a Diplomate of the American Board of Optometry. He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Optometric Medicine and Surgery. He is a member of the Wyoming Optometric Association, American Optometric Association, the Optometric Society of Optometric Surgeons, and the Contact Lens and Cornea Section of the AOA. His areas of interest are in ocular disease, myopia management, and optometric surgery. During school he was inducted into the Beta Sigma Kappa honor society and was named student of the year by the Greater Western Council of Optometry in 2016. Dr. Munsell was awarded the Wyoming optometric Association’s young Optometrist of the Year in 2022. Dr. Munsell is a proud member of the Cheyenne Rotary Club and is deeply involved in his community. In his free time he enjoys skiing and golfing with his wife Lauren, spending time with his son, and playing fetch with his golden retriever.

Dr. Tiffany H. Silver


Optometrist

Dr. Tiffany Silver, born and raised in Cheyenne, graduated Cum Laude from Colorado State University with a degree in Biomedical Science. She received her Doctor of Optometry degree from the University of Houston College of Optometry with Magna Cum Laude honors. While in school she was inducted into the Beta Sigma Kappa International Optometric Honor Society. She completed rotations at Ehrling Bergquist Clinic at Offutt Air Force Base, and an intensive ocular disease rotation at BridgeBuilders Eye Clinic in Dallas, TX. Dr. Silver’s clinical emphasis is in specialty contact lens evaluations including keratoconus, pellucid marginal degeneration, corneal dystrophies, and post surgical management. In her free time Dr. Silver enjoys skiing, traveling, CrossFit, Jimmy Buffet, and spending time with her husband, Max and their three daughters.

Dr. Shelby Zemski


Optometrist

Shelby Zemski, O.D. was raised in Cheyenne and attended East High School. She completed her undergraduate education at Black Hills State University on a volleyball scholarship. She then received her doctorate from Midwestern University – Arizona College of Optometry. Her areas of interest include ocular disease, primary care, and contact lenses. Dr. Zemski completed clinical externships at Midwestern University Eye Institute, Paradise Valley Eye Care, Barnet Dulaney Perkins Eye Center, and Mayo Clinic. She is a Wyoming licensed optometrist with full accreditation and is DEA certified to prescribe oral and topical medications to treat eye diseases and infections. In her free time, she enjoys spending time at the lake with her husband and family, lifting weights, and hiking with her dogs.

Dr. Sarah Sipe


Optometrist

Cheyenne native, Sarah Sipe, O.D. is a graduate from Central High School. She obtained her Bachelor of Science with Honors in Human Physiology and minors in Human Nutrition and Psychology from the University of Wyoming. Go Pokes! She then earned her Doctorate of Optometry from the Arizona College of Optometry. Dr. Sipe is a Wyoming licensed optometrist with full accreditation and is DEA certified to prescribe oral and topical medications to treat eye diseases and infections. Her areas of clinical interest include primary eye care, ocular disease, and pediatrics. Dr. Sipe enjoys being involved in the Cheyenne community as a CASA of Laramie County board member and Friday Food Bags volunteer. In her free time she enjoys paddle boarding, reading on her patio, and spending time with her husband, Grayson, and dog, Clive.

Dr. Alyssa Hopkins


Optometrist

Alyssa Hopkins, OD is a Wyoming native and graduate of Cheyenne Central High School. There, she excelled in academics and sports, earning a full ride scholarship to run cross country and track at Lipscomb University in Nashville, TN. After earning her bachelors degree, Alyssa’s passion to be and Optometrist came after being mentored by our doctors here at CVC. She then continued to earn her doctorate from the Kentucky College of Optometry in Pikeville, KY and graduated May of 2023. Her clinical areas of interest include primary care, contact lenses and treatment/management of ocular disease. In her spare time she loves riding horses with her husband, hiking and volunteering for Cheyenne Frontier Days. 

Dr. Mark Wells


Retired Optometrist, Consulting, Locum

Mark Wells, O.D. spent his early childhood in Florida before moving to Cheyenne at the age of 6. He is a graduate of Central High School and attended the University of Wyoming. His professional training occurred at the Southern California College of Optometry, where he graduated with distinction. He completed a residency in Primary Care/Ocular Disease at the Los Angeles Veterans Administration Hospital before joining the clinic in 1991. Mark is Board Certified by the American Board of Optometry.
