Dr. Jessica Albers
Jessica Albers, O.D. was born and raised in Iowa. Cheyenne. She completed her undergraduate studies at Central College in Pella, Iowa where she graduated Magna Cum Laude. She graduated Cum Laude from the Illinois College of Optometry in Chicago, Illinois where she was inducted into the Beta Sigma Kappa Honor Society and the Tomb and Key Honor Society. She completed an externship during her 4th professional year of optometry school at the Cheyenne Vision Clinic and joined the practice following the completion of her degree. Dr. Albers also completed externships at the VA Hospital in Newington, Connecticut, the Spectrios Institute for Low Vision in Illinois, and the Vision Enhancement Clinic in Springfield, Missouri. Dr. Albers is fully licensed to practice optometry in the states of Wyoming and Colorado. Dr. Albers is DEA certified to prescribe oral and topical medications to treat eye diseases and infections. Her interests include medical eye care, contact lenses, and emergency eye care. Outside of the office, Dr. Albers enjoys water skiing, hiking, golfing, a variety of other outdoor activities, and spending time with family and friends.
